Processing Time

Processing time can take 1-3 business days. During this time period we are preparing your package and printing your label. We do not process orders on the weekend. We try our best to get packages out in a timely manner, however sometimes it can take up to 5 business days. 

Once your label has been printed, your tracking number will be sent immediately to the email or phone number you've provided. 


Once your package has been picked up by UPS or USPS (depending on the carrier you select), it can take up to 48 hours for the system (UPS or USPS) to update. Depending on your location and carrier, shipping can take around 1-5 days. Check your tracking number regularly to see where your package is. 

Lost/Unreceived/Issues with Packages

Any issues with lost or unreceived packages, please contact your carrier and file a claim. There is nothing we can do once we have shipped off your package. 

You must provide a valid address and double check that it is the correct one. Any packages sent back will not be refunded, and you will need to pay for shipping again. 

For damaged packages, you must send an email to us immediately upon receiving your package. Include your order number, product that was damaged, and a picture. Contact us here.

You do not have a link list with a handle set to press-ons, or you do and it's empty. Go ahead and create a link list called Shipping & Processing on your Navigation page and populate that link list with links that point to collections, to see collections listed here. Make sure the link list also has a handle set to press-ons.
